| At the front entrance to the cottage, glazed doors lead into the open plan sitting/dining area, with dining table and chairs, double bed sofa and other seating. A colour television and dvd player are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen area with cooker, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, toaster etc. A glazed door leads to the double glazed conservatory with wicker furniture and small occasional table. |
| Stairs lead up to the 1st floor where the accommodation consists of a main bedroom with double bed, under-bed storage and hanging rail. Double, glazed and shuttered doors lead out onto a small balcony and the external staircase. The balcony overlooks the patio and wooded garden area. There is a tiny second bedroom with single bed (restricted headroom), it has a sloping pine clad ceiling. The cosy bathroom also with pine ceiling is fitted with a modern suite. All rooms are fully carpeted except the kitchen/dining area. Safety features include fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detectors. |
| Night storage heaters provide background heating and, new for 2004, a gas fired log effect stove provides the appeal of a real fire without the bother. Hot water is supplied by a gas water heater. |
| A small timber garden shed is provided for your use to the side of the cottage and houses a portable barbeque. |
